ORONA provides a personalised lift conservation service tailored to the requirements of each Customer. Should you require a NON STOP service, ORONA is available 24 hours a day, 7 hours a week and 365 days a year. Our assistance is both agile and swift, guaranteeing the best assistance times, always within 1 hour.

Call Center platform personnel

ORONA provides a Call Center -telephone platform-, to attend to their Customers via a two way continuous communication system with the cars of our lifts providing immediate monitoring and attention following a request for assistance made from a car. The Call Center is attended to by multilingual professionals, who have been adequately trained to attend customers in their own languages, in all types of situation, from the most typical to warning communications, to the most delicate situation where people have been trapped in a car or an accident has occurred.
