Innovation at your service

Set up as a Services Company, ORONAeic focuses on technological research and developing products for the Vertical transport sector.

It includes Ikerlan and Mondragon Unibertsitatea as collaborating partners and is accredited as a Company R+D unit in the Science and Technology Network.

Ecodesign

Obtaining the Ecodesign Management System Certificate, in accordance with standard UNE 150301:2003, in June, 2008, converted ORONA into the first world vertical transport company to be certified in Ecodesign, and is proof of ORONA's commitment to sustainable development and the environment. The Ecodesign method adds a work instruction to ORONA's management system that estabishes the system to be followed to include the environmental variable to each of the product design and development stages.

Net0lift Project

ORONA, by means of this project, has researched various technological fields to achieve more sustainable lifts with relation to the three aspects: Economic, Energy and Social. This involves lifts with improved integration in buildings, minimum consumption, maximum sustainability, with the lifts adapted to all the requirements of all user types.
