Orona undertakes to respect the user's privacy. To this end, Orona applies the legally required personal data protection levels according to [Spanish] Royal Decree 1720/2007 that approves the implementing regulation for the Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999. Similarly, Orona endeavours to use every additional technical protection means available to it.

Orona's website offers or will offer three types of services:
- Information Services that provide citizens, media, companies, administrations and other persons with specific responsibilities with easy and efficient access to information, thus increasing transparency and understanding of Orona's policies and activities;
- Interactive Communication Services that allow better contacts with citizens, media, companies, civil society and public bodies, thus easing enquiries about Orona's initiatives and policies.
- Transaction services that allow access through the private area to all basic forms of transactions, e.g. financial operations, staff-related issues, event enrolment, subscription to training courses or papers, acquisition or purchase of documents, etc.
Conditions of Use
- The provisions set out in this legal notice govern the use of the orona.es website. By using this site, you accept the Conditions of Use.
- orona.es and all its material belong to Orona, a business registered in the Ministry of Labour's Register of Cooperative Enterprises under number 11.043, and further registered in the Cooperative Enterprise Registry of the Basque Country , in the Register Book of Cooperative Enterprises, volume III, folio 321, registration number 87.1.271, entry 11, with email address orona@orona.es.
- No part of the orona.es website may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, re-sold or used for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, save as explicitly authorised in writing by our company.

- For legal reasons, Orona can and will provide such types of information as competent authorities may request in accordance with Spanish laws and on the production of the relevant judicial writ that a judge makes only if they have good grounds for suspecting that the user has carried out illegal activities. In this event, and with the intention of collaborating with justice, Orona may record and later give the police, on previous presentation of the legally required judicial writ, the information about the IP address that identifies the user's connection, exact time of said connection, user name and password, among other data.
